I think there is a mistake. The ventricle of larynx is not called as sinus of morgagni. Sinus of morgagni is the space between base of skull and upper border of superior constrictor muscle which is filled by thickened part of pharyngobasilar fascia. Please correct me if I am wrong by giving a proper reference.
